While the IPS Support software maintains a connection to technical support under most conditions, it is sometimes necessary to manually connect to us to facilitate whatever support you may need. This often happens when there is a data corruption on your computer or when you change network or computer components.
To manually connect, click on the Start button on your desktop. Click on Programs to bring up your program list, select the IPS Support program, then click on Manual Connect, as shown below.
When you click on Manual Connect, it will bring you to the screen below. If you do not know the code needed to connect, contact us at technical support.
When you enter the code, press the connect button. This will open the connection and allow us to assist you in troubleshooting your problem. |
